Location: Crothers Woods (Loblaws Parking lot)
5:30pm Start for Demo and chat
6:30pm Start for Run (Two distance options: 5-7k, and 8-12K)
Shoes on the Demo will be:

- Timp 5
- Experience Wild
- Olympus 6 (possibly)
Shoes are first come, first serve. Please arrive between 5:30 and 5:45pm if you have your heart set on trying a particular pair.
Altra will be doing 3 draws for us:
- 1x Pair of Altra Shoes
- 2x Spartan Race Entries
- 5 x Altra/TTR Technical Shirts.
Rally Beer and OLE will be on site, quenching our thirst with their refreshing beers and coolers.
