 🧘🏻\n\nWe are hosting another Sunday long run this Thanksgiving long 
 weekend at Rouge Park on October 13th!\n\nCommit to the 2hr long run or co
 me for 1hr\, both starting at 9:00am.\n\nLate start is at 10am\, where run
 ners can join us for the last hour\, when we swing by the halfway point to
  refuel and drop off the first group of 1hr runners.\n\nA 20 min runner’
 s yoga session will take place in the conservation field at 10am\, along w
 ith refreshments 🍻 🧘🏻\n\nPacing is variable. Reach out if you hav
