The run will be 2 hours and will start promptly at 8am at roughly a 7:00min/km pace. We wi ll meet in the Zoo Rd. Parking lot (parking is free\, and there are portop otties on site). Click here for directions to the parking lot.\n\nThe rout e is an "out and back\," and we will run it at a moderate pace. The Rouge is less technical than the trails in the Don Valley (less steep\, hilly se ctions and wider paths).\n\n \;\n\nPost-run yoga\n\nAfter the run\, Tr ail Yogi will lead a post-mobility session in nature. Helping build bridge s between Toronto trail running and yoga communities one step and one brea th at a time. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)!\n\nThe mobility session will last about 20 minutes\, and we will also have some post-run refreshments avail able after the run.\n\nPlease bring your own hydration and run snacks.\n\n If you can offer rides or require a ride\, please join the TTR 'Weekend Ru ns' WhatsApp group chat\, as carpooling is usually coordinated there.
