DESCRIPTION:TTR is hosting a weekend run this Sunday\, Sept. 22!\n\nAbout t
 he run\n\nThe run will be held at Rouge Park in Scarborough on Sunday\, Se
 pt 22. The run will be 2 hours and will start promptly at 9am at roughly a
  7:00min/km pace. We will meet in the Zoo Rd. Parking lot (parking is free
 \, and there are portopotties on site).\n\nIf you would like to run 1-hour
  (not two): Please join us either for an 8am or 9am start (same location).
  The 2hr group will circle back to the parking lot to pick up/drop off the
  1-hour runners.\n\nThe Rouge is less technical than the trails in the Don
  Valley (less steep\, hilly sections and wider paths).\n\nClick here for d

 un yoga\n\nAfter the run\, TTR lead and founder of Trail Yogi Kevin Ong wi
 ll lead a post-mobility session in nature. Helping build bridges between T
 oronto trail running and yoga communities one step and one breath at a tim
 e. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) or borrow one of our yoga mats!\n\nThe mobili
 ty session will last about 20 minutes\, and we will also have post-run ref
 reshments.\n\nPlease bring your own hydration and run snacks.\n\nIf you ca
 n offer rides or require a ride\, please join the TTR 'Weekend Runs' Whats
