DESCRIPTION:TTR is hosting a weekend run on Sunday\, August 18 with guest l
 ead and founder of Trail Yogi\, Kevin Ong.\n\nAbout the run\n\nThe run wil
 l be held at Rouge Park in Scarborough on Sunday\, August 18. The run will
  be 2 hours and will start promptly at 8am at roughly a 7:00min/km pace. W
 e will meet in the Zoo Rd. parking lot (parking is free and there are port
 opotties on site). Click here for directions to parking lot.\n\nThe route 
 is an "out and back" and we will run it at a moderate pace. The Rouge is l
 ess technical than the trails in the Don Valley (less steep\, hilly sectio
 ns\, and wider paths).\n\nPost-run yoga\n\nAfter the run Trail Yogi will l
 ead a post mobility session in nature. Helping build bridges between Toron
 to trail running and yoga communities one step and one breath at a time. B
 YOM (Bring Your Own Mat)!\n\nThe mobility session will be about 20 minutes
  and we will also have some post-run refreshments available after the run.
