DESCRIPTION:Sunday In-town  Run starting 8:00 AM from Forks of Don.   We 
 will aim to do 14-18km up through the east Don River trails.\n\nDepending 
 on the group and conditions\, we will try to make it up to Rainbow bridge 
 and back down.
