 ent Format: We will continue the annual tradition of doing 4 x trail run l
 oops (7-10km each) throughout the day. The times are posted below. You can
  come for one loop\, two loops\, three loops\, or do all four. It's 100% u
 p to you.\nExplore Toronto will also be offering two hike options. Hike ti
 mes are also included in the registration form.\n\n\nPlease fill out the f
 orm below to register if you intend to participate in some or all of the l
 oops. More info on route details will be coming soon.\n\n\nWe are supporti
 ng the Daily Bread Food Bank again this year. While the registration for t
 his event is completely FREE (and we have a ton of amazing prizes availabl
 e)\, we ask that you contribute what you can to make this fundraiser a suc
 cess.\n\nWays to support:\n\n 	Bring a donation of non-perishable food ite
 ms (see list of most needed food items)\;\n 	Donate to the Leaves R Down D
 onation Page\;\n 	Share the Leaves R Down Donation Page with your friends 
 and family.\n\nLast year we exceeded our goal of $2500 (we raised $3250) a
 nd we will aim to raise $3000 this year.\n\n\n***Must Read***\n\n 	Dogs: W
 e are asking that you please leave your pooch at home. We are anticipating
  large numbers for each loop. We will also be crossing busy roads to acces
 s trails.\n 	Age Requirement:  Based on feedback from previous years\, we
  will have a minimum age requirement of 11 years old. This is done with a 
 safety-first train of thought.\n 	Footwear: While Salomon will have demo s
 hoes available\, they will be on a first-come\, first-serve basis. Partici
 pants should have adequate trail running/hiking footwear as trail conditio
 ns can be unpredictable. Having proper traction is essential.\n 	Physicall
 y Demanding: Whether hiking or running\, the planned activities will be re
 asonably demanding\, and participants should be prepared to be self-suffic
 ient if they happen to stray away from the group.\n\n 	Each attendee shoul
 d always have the following: Cell phone\, downloaded maps of routes\, wate
 r\, and additional clothing based on weather conditions. We WILL NOT be pr
 oviding aid stations on route.\n\n\n 	Draw Prizes: We are working hard to 
 secure some fantastic draw prizes for this year's event. Some of the Spons
 ors will be attending the event\; please make sure you say "Thank You" as 
 their generosity helps us make our event an annual success.\n 	Questions/C
