The times are posted below. You can come for one loop\, two loops\, three loops\, or do all fo ur. It's 100% up to you.\nExplore Toronto will also be offering two hike o ptions. Hike times are also included in the registration form.\n\n\nPlease fill out the form below to register if you intend to participate in some or all of the loops. More info on route details will be coming soon.\n\n\n We are supporting the Daily Bread Food Bank again this year. While the reg istration for this event is completely FREE (and we have a ton of amazing prizes available)\, we ask that you contribute what you can to make this f undraiser a success.\n\n\nWays to support:\n\n\n Bring a donation of non- perishable food items (see list of most needed food items)\;\n Donate to the Leaves R Down Donation Page\;\n Share the Leaves R Down Donation Page with your friends and family.\n\nLast year we exceeded our goal of $2500 (we raised $3250) and we will aim to raise $3000 this year.\n\n\n***Must R ead***\n\n Dogs: We are asking that you please leave your pooch at home. We are anticipating large numbers for each loop. We will also be crossing busy roads to access trails.\n Age Requirement:  Based on feedback from previous years\, we will have a minimum age requirement of 11 years old. T his is done with a safety-first train of thought.\n Footwear: While Salom on will have demo shoes available\, they will be on a first-come\, first-s erve basis. Participants should have adequate trail running/hiking footwea r as trail conditions can be unpredictable. Having proper traction is esse ntial.\n\n\n\n Physically Demanding: Whether hiking or running\, the plan ned activities will be reasonably demanding\, and participants should be p repared to be self-sufficient if they happen to stray away from the group. \n\n Each attendee should always have the following: Cell phone\, downloa ded maps of routes\, water and additional clothing based on weather condit ions. We WILL NOT be providing aid stations on route.\n\n\n Draw Prizes: We are working hard to secure some fantastic draw prizes for this year's e vent.
